All test sessions are held at: Peoples Community Center (Former People's Hospital) 597 Park Avenue East Mansfield, OH 44905
You will need to bring the following:
- (2) Forms of ID, one must be photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, State ID Card)
- $15 Cash/Check/Money Order (Payable to ARRL/VEC)
- Valid Original License, plus a photocopy (If upgrading)
- Pencils, pens, calculator, scratch paper

| Please plan to arrive by 12:30 so that all paperwork can be finished before the start of testing. Testing starts at 1:00pm. |
